The present invention relates to an OLED display device and a method of fabricating the same. The OLED display device includes: a substrate including a display region on which an organic light emitting diode is formed, and a pad region having a plurality of pads formed at an outer peripheral portion of the display region; an In-capping layer which covers the organic light emitting diode and formed on the substrate; and a dam formed between the display region and the pad region to control flow of an organic film material constituting the In-capping layer.
