Provided is a mobile terminal comprising: a main body configured to be worn on a user′s wrist; a wireless communication unit configured to connected to a glasses-type terminal that obtains data including information on an external device which is applied to the external device and time information on when the external device is operated, and receive the data from the glasses-type terminal; a memory configured to store the received data; a display unit configured to output the time information included in the received data; and a controller configured to control the wireless communication unit by using the information on the external device included in the received data so that an operation control signal for operating the external device according to the time information is transmitted to the external device along with the data.
