<p>A porous film for secondary batteries, which contains non-conductive particles, a particulate polymer and a water-soluble polymer. The non-conductive particles are polymer particles having a core-shell structure. The core portions of the non-conductive particles have a softening starting point or a decomposition point of 175°C or more, and the shell portions of the non-conductive particles have a softening starting point of 85-145°C.</p> |
