<p>The invention relates to an individually shaped breathing mask for oronasal or nasal ventilation, comprising a flexible mask element (1) individually adapted to the facial anatomy of the patient, and at least one stiffening element (2) lying flat on the outside of the mask element (1), wherein the mask element (1) is designed as a solid body (Ia) made of an elastic material. The breathing mask according to the invention is characterized in that the mask element (1) has a peripheral inner sealing lip (Ib) enclosing the oronasal or nasal area.
