<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaw detector capable of easily detecting damage of an injection material filled into a cable in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The flaw detector comprises: a frame member 21 including a passage through which a cable 11 is passed; travel support means 22 which abuts on an external surface of the cable 11 passed through the passage, supports the frame member 21 on the cable 11 and is capable of moving the frame member 21 in a length direction of the cable 11; a ring member 24 which is connected to one end of the frame member 21 via a plurality of rod-shaped members 23 and into which the cable 11 is inserted; vibration generation means 25 for imparting vibration to the ring member 24 and colliding the ring member 24 with the cable 11 to generate sound; sound wave detection means 26 for detecting the generated sound as a sound wave; storage means for storing waveform data of an injection material without a damaged portion; and display means for displaying the waveform obtained from the waveform data and the waveform of the sound wave detected by the sound wave detection means 26 at an inspection time to determine the presence or absence of a damaged portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
