The present invention relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a downlink control channel, and particularly, with a joint operation between a time division duplex (TDD) mode and a frequency division duplex (FDD) mode. The method for transmitting the downlink control channel by a terminal includes the following steps: setting one or more subframes among the subframes of an uplink frequency band in the FDD mode as a downlink subframe; receiving the downlink control channel which includes physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduling information for the set downlink subframe of the uplink frequency band; and decoding downlink control information (DCI) based on self band scheduling or cross band scheduling based on a frequency band to receive the downlink control channel.
