The present invention relates to a lighting device having a curved shape and uniform brightness, and capable of emitting light in two directions at the same time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a lighting apparatus comprising: an optical guide member having a first light emitting surface and a second light emitting surface in the opposite direction of the first exit surface that are curved independently, and at least one light incident surface; and a light emitting unit including an LED to irradiate light toward the incident surface of the optical guide member, and a circuit member on which the LED is mounted. Provided is an light device where a reflection pattern in order to reflect light incident from the LED in the first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface is formed on at least one of the first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface. |
