<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can reduce a delay in e-mail delivery even when a trouble occurs in an e-mail relay server. <P>SOLUTION: A first relay server receives e-mail transmitted from an information processing device, executes processing on the received e-mail and transmits e-mail which has had processing executed. A second server checks to see if a trouble has occurred in the first relay server and, if occurrence of a trouble is detected, notifies the first relay server of that effect, and, after acquiring a copy of the e-mail from the first relay server, transmits it to the destination of the e-mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
