The present invention relates to a convection pellet combustion heater capable of preventing incomplete combustion of pellets by almost uniformly spreading pellets supplied to the center of the inside of a combustion unit as a fuel around the inner circumference of the combustion unit. The convection pellet combustion heater comprises: a case which includes a heat radiation chamber formed on an upper part of a horizontal plate on an inner lower part of the case and a combustion chamber formed on one side of the heat radiation chamber; a vertical combustion pipe which stands on one side of the heat radiation chamber and has a closed upper part and an open lower part to penetrate the horizontal plate and discharge internal heat to the inside; a combustion unit which is connected with the lower part of the vertical combustion pipe, and is connected with a wind blowing part and sprays air from the center to the inner circumference thereof in every directions so that the pellets inserted into the upper part of the combustion unit are spread to the inner circumference and ignited; a fuel container which is vertically provided in the fuel chamber, is filled with the pellet, and has a fuel discharging unit formed on a lower part; a fuel supply pipe which is connected with the fuel discharging unit to penetrate side walls of the combustion chamber and the combustion container, wherein the fuel supply pipe has a screw rotated by a motor and includes a fuel insertion part positioned to be upward apart from the combustion unit and allowing the pellets to be inserted into the center of the inside of the combustion unit; a heat radiation means provided in the case to discharge exhaust gas of the vertical combustion container to an upper part of the case, collect ashes, and discharge internal heat to the inside; and a control unit controlling the wind blowing unit, the combustion unit, and the motor.
