The present invention discloses a server and a method thereof to verify an application. More specifically, a server to verify a predetermined application in a smart device includes an execution code generating part generating an execution code for the verification of the application but generating the execution code by randomly combining information related to the application; a transceiving part transmitting an execution code, randomly selected from generated execution codes, to a smart device when receiving a verification request signal from the smart device, and receiving a result value of executing the selected execution code for the application from the smart device; a malignant application analyzing part analyzing whether the application is malignant or not based on the received result value; and an analysis result providing part providing the analysis result of the malignant application analyzing part to a user.
