<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device that can easily set an irradiated object while a horizontal projection area is reduced, and a light irradiation method. <P>SOLUTION: A setup area occupied by the light irradiation device 1 can be reduced by lessening a horizontally projected area of an irradiated object W1 and a horizontal distance of an integral object WA in a throwing direction into a case 2 can be lessened, since the irradiated object W1 is supported along an A-B plane (a designated plane) inclined from the horizontal surface, so that the irradiated object W1 can be easily set up on a support means 3 while inconvenience such as increased labor of an operator for setting the irradiated object W1 and enlargement of a conveying device is restrained, and work efficiency of the light irradiation device 1 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
