<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access data for respective domains obtained in respective servers having different domain names to be mutually usable between the servers having different domain names. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution server 31 selects an advertisement from an advertisement DB on the basis of a cookie ID obtained from a client terminal making an access through an advertisement distribution management server 51 and an access history stored in an access history DB 52.
