In a sealing tool of a pouch type secondary battery which seals a pouch having an electrode assembly, the present invention includes a holder which is installed to vertically move in the upper and lower parts of the pouch; and a sealing block which is combined with the holder, is in contact with the pouch by the vertical movement of the holder to seal the pouch, and is separated from the holder to form a separated space. According to the present invention, a separated space is formed by interposing a separation member between a sealing member and the holder of a sealing tool, thereby minimizing the sealing surface deformation of a sealing block by providing a space for deforming the sealing block, and preventing the leakage of the electrolyte in a pouch to the outside by forming the constant sealing thickness of a pouch sealing part. |
