The present invention relates to a polyoxyalkylene glycol-branched polyorganosiloxane compound, a polycarbonate compound including the same, and to a light-guiding plate manufactured therefrom. According to the present invention, provided are the polyoxyalkylene glycol-branched polyorganosiloxane compound which improves transmissivity, color uniformity and processibility greatly when applied to a polycarbonate resin, the polycarbonate compound including the same and the light-guiding plate manufactured therefrom.
