<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film fastener used for constructing a film structure which is facilitated in construction and has strength enough to be used even as a film roof structure. <P>SOLUTION: The film fastener includes a film attachment member whose cross-sectional surfaces have an almost the same columnar body, and an insertion member, and fixes the film end parts. The film attachment member includes: a film attachment groove part to which the film and the insertion member are inserted to attach the film; a first wall surface at least part of which faces the film attachment groove part; and a second wall surface at least part of which faces the film attachment groove part and which is opposite to the first wall surface with the film attachment groove part sandwiched. The first wall surface has such a stepped part that the width between the first wall surface and the second wall surface becomes wider in a stepped condition from the narrowest width to the broadest width toward an insertion direction of the film and the insertion member.
