<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing regenerated particles capable of obtaining regenerated particles that can solve hardening and low brightness problems and thickening and solidification problems when made into slurry in a simple and stable manner. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing regenerated particles R in which papermaking sludge S is subjected to dewatering 10 and heat treatment 30.
