<p>The present invention relates to an image display function in an image forming device. The image forming device comprises: a projecting unit such as a beam projector disposed on a reading unit in the image forming device to project an image; and a display unit such as a manuscript pressing plate of an upper cover which displays the image projected in the projecting unit. The preview of a scan, a print, or the like can be performed in an apparatus as it is, and a print condition, a setting window, or the like can be projected onto not an LCD limited in size but the wide scanner manuscript pressing plate to be verified. Also, since a projection can be performed on a wide projecting surface, a printout of document work performed by a user can be directly verified in a replicator.</p> |
