<p>A seatbelt retractor includes: a take-up drum winding up a webbing thereon; a transmission member arranged coaxially with a rotation axis of the take-up drum, and including a plurality of convex portions protruding radially outward at a predetermined circumferential pitch on an outer periphery of at least one end of the transmission member so as to transmit a rotary driving force; and a fitting member including a fitting portion that receives the one end portion inserted therein and fits with the plurality of convex portions. Each convex portion has a trapezoidal cross section and two faces facing a circumferential direction, one face of which has an inclination angle with regard to a radial direction smaller than the other face has. The one face is configured to receive a load through the fitting member by rotary driving force transmitted in emergency larger than the other face receives.</p> |
