The invention relates to a disposable sterilization bag, heat-sealed from a multilayer film 2 made of plastic and a paper sheet 1, the multilayer film 2 of which has at least one layer 3 of heat-resistant thermoplastic material such as polyester or polyamide. In steam sterilization of instruments in such bags the seams of the bag are scored and on opening the bag plastic bits that may contaminate the instruments remain on the surface of the paper sheet. This problem has now been solved in that at least a second layer 5 of multilayer plastic film is composed of a material that is a mixture of an elastomer on the one hand and polypropylene or a copolymer of polypropylene on the other. <IMAGE> |
