<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection-molding a thermosetting resin which improves transfer properties and can efficiently mold a molding while preventing the variation, sink, and distortion of the molding even if a low-viscosity thermosetting resin is used, an injection molding mold, and an injection molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: The method for injection-molding the thermosetting resin includes a process for packing the thermosetting resin in a prescribed amount in a plunger, a process for packing the thermosetting resin packed in the plunger in a cavity 21 in the mold 20 by a plunger, a process for thermosetting the thermosetting resin in the cavity 21, and a process for extruding the thermoset thermosetting resin. The viscosity of the thermosetting resin at 30°C is 5 Pa s or lower, and the thermosetting is carried out in a low oxygen concentration atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
