A device for occluding a flexible tube comprising a first body frictionally connected to a second body by a spring-loaded clip. A flexible tube having a first end and a second end is secured in a bent position to each body by a plurality of clamps. When the two bodies are separated by a predetermined threshold force acting axially on either the first end or second end of the tube so as to cause the bent section of tubing to straighten, the spring-load clip occludes the tube secured by the second body. |
