An apparatus for cleaning and/or disinfecting surfaces and objects is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, such an apparatus includes a spray bottle (100) that is refillable with water. A dispenser (102) is integrated into the spray bottle (100) to dispense a soluble material (104) into the water to produce a solution (106). The soluble material (104) includes at least one of a cleaning agent and a disinfecting agent. The soluble material (104) is provided in a quantity sufficient to last several refills of the spray bottle (100).
