<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep red phosphor simultaneously having high luminescent intensity and chemical stability. <P>SOLUTION: The deep red phosphor has a luminescent center of Mn<SP POS="POST">4+</SP>, and has a base body of a double perovskite structure composed of (Ae)(Ln)(Mg)(M)O<SB POS="POST">6</SB>wherein Ae is one or two or more elements selected from Ca, Sr and Ba; Ln is one or two or more elements selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Td and Dy; and M is one or two or more elements selected from Sb, Nb and Ta. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
