<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire forming machine capable of more widening a space for forming a wire than before. <P>SOLUTION: In this wire forming machine 10, a tool linear motion drive mechanism 20 linearly moves a second movable base 41 and controls a linear motion position of a forming tool T1. A tool rotation drive mechanism 31 rotates the forming tool T1 around a tool pivot J2 and controls a relative rotation position around the tool pivot J2 with respect to the wire 90 of the forming tool T1, and a wire rotation drive mechanism 50 rotates the wire 90 around a wire feed shaft J1, and controls the relative rotation position around the wire feed shaft J1 with respect to the wire 90 of the forming tool T1.
