<p>The present invention relates to a composition manufactured by mixing, fermenting, and aging extracts using CO2 (or N2) carrier gas and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention extracts enzyme by combining an extraction method using an extractor using CO2 (or N2) carrier gas to an existing enzyme extraction method with an extraction method using microwaves and a filter. The extraction method according to one embodiment of the present invention can manufacture enzymes effective to a human body without destroying vitamin, amino acid, and the like.
