According to an embodiment of the present invention, a touch panel formed by crossing a plurality of TX lines and a plurality of RX lines to detect a touch position in an electrostatic capacitive method, includes a power supply unit, which selectively applies an AC power voltage to the TX lines and the RX lines, in order to generate capacitive coupling with an external LC circuit. By the touch panel according to the embodiment as proposed above, there is no need to configure an additional circuit to transmit power to a pen in the touch-based device, such as a smartphone and a tablet PC, so that the thickness of a touch-based device may be reduced. Since adding a circuit for transmitting wireless power to a circuit of the touch panel suffices, the touch panel, and the frequency of a power supply voltage to supply an AC voltage to the TX lines and RX lines of the touch panel is configured to be smaller than a cut-off frequency, the circuit may also have a simple structure. |
