<p>The present invention relates to a temporary ballast device for a semi-rig ship, which can regulate the state of a heel or a trim of a hull in a method of simply regulating a liquid storage volume in a moving tank or of moving the moving tank along a guide rail without any inconvenience that a worker should supply or drain water to or from a ballast tank in the hull using a portable pump, by temporarily installing the guide rail on the hull in a semi-rig ship and mounting the moving tank for storing or discharging a liquid in order to move along the guide rail, can rapidly and conveniently regulate equilibrium state of the hull in a process of mounting component blocks during quay wall construction, and can shorten the entire quay wall construction period.</p> |
