<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an agent for relieving stress sensitivity and a food or feed for relieving stress are provided to develop drugs using a mechanism for suppressing p47phox or p67phox expression/activation/function. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an agent for relieving stress comprises: a step of producing a large amount of the agents; a step of extracting a part from the agent; and a step of identifying the suppression of p47phox or p67phox expression, activation, or function. Foods or feed for relieving stress contain(s) the agent. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating stress disorder contains a material which suppresses p47phox or p67phox expression, activation, and function. The material is siRNA, shRNA, miRNA, antibody, or polypeptide to p47phox or p67phox.</p> |
