摘要 The present invention relates to a direct coupled traction motor for electric vehicle including a housing formed of a carbon fiber. The present invention includes: a stator which is fixed on a trolley; a rotator which includes a permanent magnet and is coupled with a vehicle shaft; a frame which encloses the stator and the rotator; and a housing which is combined with both ends of the frame and formed of a carbon fiber to reduce a weight, reduce an initiative, improve response characteristic, enable a smooth flux path structure, and improve heat radiation. The present invention relates to a method for configuring a ventilation structure of the rotator and the combination shape of the vehicle shaft in an optimal condition. The present invention prevents a safety accident and has an excellent cooling characteristic of the traction motor due to the structure of the rotor and the stable and light combination shape of the housing. The present invention has an effect of reducing the entire weight of the transaction motor or improving a response speed by forming the housing of the transaction motor with the carbon fiber.
