1. A method for controlling vehicle procession from a traffic queue through an intersection, comprising:
Monitoring, by an extra vehicle monitoring, movement of a first vehicle proceeding from a stopped position at the traffic queue at the intersection to moving through the intersection; and controlling, by the extra vehicle monitoring, a vehicle control system of a second vehicle following the first vehicle through the intersection to synchronize movement of the second vehicle through the intersection at a same velocity with the first vehicle movement through the intersection in the vehicle procession.
