The present invention relates to a simple ginseng cultivating device throughout the year, comprising a base part which is installed so that trays with culture medium soil to grow ginseng are contacted one another; a sunlight blocking part having a first sunlight blocking film which is installed on the upper part to reduce an amount of sunlight penetrated into the tray and a second sunlight blocking film which is a blind type and whose height is controlled from the end part of the first sunlight blocking film toward the lower part direction to control the amount of sunlight; and a supporting frame to support the sunlight blocking part.
