摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and sensor for measuring remaining antibiotics for measuring content of antibiotics of a sample and, more specifically, to an apparatus and method for conveniently measuring remaining antibiotics of a sample through an electro-chemical reaction. The remaining antibiotics measuring apparatus for measuring content of antibiotics of a sample of the present invention comprises: a measurement chamber which includes first and second electrodes providing a voltage to measure the injection amount of the sample and includes a third electrode providing a voltage to measure content of antibiotics of a sample by comparing the second electrode; a buffer solution injecting unit which calculates the injection amount of the sample based on a current measured as compared to a voltage between the first and second electrodes and injects the buffer solution into the measurement chamber to correspond to the injection amount of the buffer solution to be mixed with a sample according to the injection amount of the sample; a power supply unit for providing voltage for the electrodes; and a content analysis unit which calculates the content of antibiotics of the sample by measuring the magnitude of the current according to oxidation reaction when the voltage is supplied from the power supply unit to the second and third electrodes. Therefore, the apparatus and sensor for measuring remaining antibiotics for measuring content of antibiotics of a sample can quantitatively and quickly provide the amount of remaining antibiotics of a food for a customer and can be easily used by anyone by automatically controlling a detection condition of buffer solution required for electrochemical measurement.</p>
