FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to manufacture of collars for pet animals. The proposed reflector with a device for attachment to an animal collar contains the base plate 2 and a clamp 3. The base plate 2 includes an inner surface 4 with one or more dividers 6 and an outer surface 5 with triple prisms 1 placed thereon. The clamp 3 is U-shaped and extends over the inner surface 4. The end of the first post 7 of the clamp 3 is attached with the help of a dynamic connection 9 to the first side of the base plate 2. The end of the second post 8 of the clamp 3 is designed so that to enable permanent attachment to the base plate 2 side that is opposed to the first one. The invention additionally discloses an animal collar whereto the said reflectors are attached as well as a system including an animal collar containing an active substance that can be released along such reflector length and the said reflectors.EFFECT: invention provides for greater for the human and the animal as well as reliability of the reflector attachment to the collar.16 cl, 8 dwg
