FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connection method of wire ends, which provides for connection of conductors of multiple wires in a very easy and reliable way with high strength of the connection. The connection method of wire ends, in which ultrasonic vibrations in pre-determined direction (A) are supplied to bundle (13) of conductors, with that, conductors (12) of the bundle are protected out of the multiple wires (11), as a result of which conductors (12) are connected to each other and a single whole is formed, involves a stage of formation of a bundle of conductors for formation of bundle (13) of conductors by binding conductors (12) into a bundle with laying of binding section (24) of connection metal element (21) containing metal foil (22) between conductors (12) adjacent in pre-determined direction (A) that represents direction of supply of ultrasonic vibrations, as well as a stage of ultrasonic welding for supply of ultrasonic vibrations to formed bundle (13) of conductors with application of pressure in pre-determined direction (A), thus connecting and integrating connectors (12) to each other as a single whole.EFFECT: invention provides for connection of conductors of multiple wires with high strength of connection in a very easy and reliable way.3 cl, 9 dwg |
