FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: material blanks or web are directed between impressing rolls. At least one of said impressing rolls is composed of knife roller while another one is consists of counter roller. Note here that knife roller has crosswise blades to separate blanks for inner frame directly after impressing while impressing elements are arranged there between or in impressing area. Interacting impressing rollers have conjugated impressing areas or impressing elements with ledges and mating recesses acting simultaneously at material both sides. Impressing elements allow their adjustment of their relative positions at impressing rollers in radial direction to mate with efficient sizes of knife blade. Replaceable or detachable spacers are fitted in appropriate recess in outline of impressing rollers to receive impressing elements for the latter to thrust there against. Sensor to scan printed marks on material web is located at a distance from impressing rollers for precise application of imprints of material web.EFFECT: precise and efficient impressing.9 cl, 10 dwg
