<p>The present invention provides an inspecting apparatus for inspecting a circuit board, which is capable of detecting partial discharge as well as spark. A constant current source (11) supplies a constant current to a wire pattern to be inspected. A voltage measuring unit (12) measures a voltage (V) of the wiring pattern. In a normal mode, a voltage gradient calculating unit (20) calculates a normal voltage gradient based on a measurement result less than a predetermined voltage gradient calculation threshold value among the measurement results of the voltage (V). A determination unit (22) compares the measurement result (the measurement result during a constant gradient period) within a range of a first threshold value or more and less than a second threshold value among the measurement results of the voltage (V) with an estimated value of the voltage based on the normal voltage gradient and determines whether the voltage gradient is constant. The determination unit (22) determines whether the circuit board is defective based on whether the voltage gradient is constant.</p> |
