<p>The present invention relates to a rug removing device capable of removing rug, which is attached to blocks in order to carry the blocks by a crane, or the like, when building a ship, and more particularly, to a rug removing device improved to guarantee attachment fixing properties, horizontal mobility, minimization of grinding operation after cutting, and work safety. That is, the rug removing device comprises a base frame having mobility with four wheels provided to install an electromagnet on a lower portion thereof and attach the same to an iron plate; a horizontal moving unit installed in the base frame to move in a length direction; a cutter driving unit installed in a table moved by the horizontal moving unit; and a rotary cutter driven by a motor in a state of being installed in the cutter driving unit, wherein the four wheels are configured to be simultaneously lifted and lowered by a wheel operating unit, a ball screw is installed in a length direction of the base frame such that the horizontal moving unit is coupled to a screw block coupled to the table so as to manually or automatically operate, a moving motor and a power transmission unit installed in the base frame and performing rotation and reverse rotation is connected to one end of the ball screw, a handle is coupled to the opposite side of the ball screw, a rail is installed to be parallel to the ball screw in the base frame, and a guide block is installed in the table.</p> |
