<p>Ortality rate in a commercial farm piglet and, more specifically, to a method for decreasing mortality rate of commercial farm piglet by detecting pig with resistance against Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F18 (ETEC F18). Accordng to the present invention, the M307 nucleotide polymorphism of Fut1 gene is analyzed by using PCR-RFLP to reduce 30% or more of mortality rate in commercial farm piglet of commercial pigs and reduce mortality rate in commercial farm piglet to have an effect for helping growing of farm pigs.</p> |
