A display device according to the present invention, which can improve user convenience through automatic language setting, comprises: a wireless communications unit to perform wireless communications with a wireless input device; a storage unit to store information about language setting of the display device; and a control unit to perform a connection process for the wireless communications with the wireless input device and to control a set language of the display device stored in the storage unit to be changed using language information received through the wireless communications unit in response to the connection process, thereby changing the set language of the display device using the language information received from the wireless input device in the connection process for the wireless communications.
