In the present invention, to reduce the degree of repulsion when natto is chewed, natto is mashed and produced like a bar rice cake through a bar rice cake device to be cut into an appropriate length like a sausage. The natto made like a sausage is wrapped with a wafer (a starch sheet) and is vacuum-packed through a rod vinyl bag (having a disposable coffee mix tube shape), so that the expiration date of the natto is extended for 3-4 days at room temperature. The natto can be carried to be consumed anytime and anywhere at room temperature up to the expiration date, so that health can be improved. |
