<p>The present invention relates to a metal dome switch for an electronic component. More particularly, an upper pattern part (41, 42) and a lower pattern part (21, 22) are separated by an insulating member (300) which has a thin plate shape and is not electrified. They are connected by an upper and a lower electric circuit. An insulating member (500) touches the upper pattern part. The insulating member has a through hole (51) of which size is greater than the external diameter of a metal dome (600). The metal dome (600) forms an electrical contact point by elastic deformation due to an external pressure. The metal dome is located in the internal diameter part of the center through hole (51) of the insulating member (500). The external diameter part of the metal dome is located on the upper pattern part (42) to form an electrical contact point. It includes an insulating member (700) which totally covers the insulating member (500) and the metal dome (600) and protects the inside, and an insulating member (100) which protects a lower pattern part (21, 22) except a lower contact pad.</p> |
