A stacked battery impedance measurement device is provided with: a stacked battery in which a plurality of power generating elements are stacked; a load connected to both ends of the stacked battery; a superposition circuit for superposing a pulsed current or pulsed voltage over the output of the stacked battery; an impedance measuring circuit for measuring the internal impedance of the stacked battery on the basis of, if a pulsed current is superposed, a pulsed voltage generated as a result of the superposition of the pulsed current and the pulsed current or, if a pulsed voltage is superposed, a pulsed current generated as a result of the superposition of the pulsed voltage and the pulsed voltage; a resistance component provided between the superposition circuit and the load; and a potential difference suppression circuit for suppressing the pulsed potential difference between the ends of the resistance component. |
