Provided is a laminated molding method for a mold such that relatively easy formation is possible by means of a production machine, it is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence of odors, and nozzle clogging does not arise even during long-term use. A molded body (14) is obtained that is a laminated mold having a target 3D shape by means of laminating/integrating mold layers (12) formed sequentially by repeating a desired number of repetitions of a mold layer formation step such that coated sand (3) resulting from coating a refractory aggregate with a water-soluble binder is supplied onto a table (2) disposed within a vessel-shaped frame (1), the result is spread flat and thin in a manner so as to have a uniform thickness by means of an extension member (6) thus forming a sand layer (7), then the surface of the sand layer (7) is covered by a mask (8), an aqueous medium (11) is scattered by means of a mister (10) at portions to be hardened, and furthermore the portions of the sand layer (7) at which the aqueous medium (11) was scattered are heated by means of a heater (13), thus hardening/curing a mold layer (12) having a target shape. |
