PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy for detecting a touch start position in a touch operation that is recognized on the basis of a state where a recognition target and a touch target screen are adjacent.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a state determination unit 306 which, when an operation screen and a recognition target are adjacent, determines whether the operation screen is touched by the recognition target; a position detection unit 302 which detects a specification position specified by the recognition target; and an estimation unit 308 which estimates a position at which the specification position detected by the position detection means becomes immobile for the first time while the operation screen is determined to be touched by the recognition target, as a start position of touch input by the recognition target.
