<p>An intelligent snore stopping device and a snore stopping method thereof. The intelligent snore stopping device comprises: a sound collecting module (101), a snore judging module (102), a central control module (103), a body position change sensing module (104) and a signal stimulus module (105); the snore stopping method comprises: collecting a sound signal in a current environment; determining whether the sound signal is a snore or not according to the sound signal, if so, executing a stimulus operation; detecting whether or not there is a human body position change within a first preset period of time; if so, stopping the stimulus operation; and if not, enhancing the intensity of the stimulus operation. No matter how a user senses external stimulus and no matter which sleep stage the user is in, there is always a stimulus with proper intensity among the gradually enhanced stimuli to enable the snorer to change body position subconsciously, so as to reach the purpose of stopping snoring without impacting the sleep quality of the snorer.</p> |
