A new and distinct cultivar of Prunus plant named ‘STO1,’ characterized by its upright plant habit and medium strong growth; good adaptation at hot and dry conditions; and as a rootstock the weak vegetative growth imparts uniformity, higher yield and better fertility to the grafted variety.
