<p>A radio frequency identification apparatus includes a module carrier substrate (1) and a wire carrier substrate (2). A module (3) is set on the module carrier substrate (1), a wire winding (5) is set on the wire carrier substrate (2), one surface of the wire carrier substrate (2) connects one surface of the module carrier substrate (1), and the wire winding (5) electrically connects the module (3). The producing method of it comprises the following steps: preparing the entire module carrier substrate and the entire wire carrier substrate separately; building in multiple wire windings (5) on the entire wire carrier substrate according to the set position; fixing multiple modules (3) on the entire module carrier substrate according to the set position; connecting one surface of the entire wire carrier substrate with one surface of the entire module carrier substrate according to the set position; electrically connecting each wire winding (5) with the corresponding module (3).</p> |
