ARRAY SUBSTRATE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

Provided are an array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The array substrate comprises a display region (A) and a data lead region (B). The display region (A) comprises data signal lines (1) and a gate line. The data lead region (B) comprises peripheral wirings connected to the data signal lines (1) and to terminals. The array substrate is characterized in that: the peripheral wirings comprise multiple metal traces (2) that correspond on a one-to-one basis to the data signal lines (1) and are manufactured at a same layer with the gate line, and, each of the metal traces (2) is connected to the data signal line (1) corresponding thereto. In the array substrate, the width of the metal traces (2) in the peripheral wirings at a data electrode side and gaps between every adjacent two of the metal traces (2) are small, thus the space occupied when the peripheral wirings are laid out is reduced, and a narrow edge frame design of the display device is facilitated.
