The present invention relates to the border finishing material of laminate floor. Particularly, the border finishing material made of plastic creaks when being stepped on, due to contraction or expansion of plastic. Also, the laminate floor panel, which is inserted into and installed in the border finishing material, creaks when being stepped on, due to construction-related issues. The objective of the present invention is to resolve the above-mentioned problems. A coating surface made of an elastic material is formed on the inner wall and the inner surface of the outer wall of a combined rail forming the rail groove of a base mold where the border finishing materials are combined or on both surfaces of a rail axis of a cover mold combined to the rail groove of the base mold. Or a coating layer made of an elastic material is formed on the inner wall and the inner surface of the outer wall of the combined rail forming the rail groove of the base mold and on the concave-convex surface of both surfaces of the rail axis of the cover mold. Therefore, the laminate floor is prevented from creaking. Also, in order to prevent the coating layer from being exfoliated, the coating layer is maintained to have a proper thickness. Thus, damage to the coating layer can be prevented and noise can be suppressed. Also, when the coating layer is extruded, the coating layer is softened and hardened at the same time in a dies. Also, the coating layer is cooled in a water tank. Thus, damage to the coating layer can be prevented when being inserted and combined. |
