<p>Disclosed are a communication method, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method comprises: a network side device determining that an SeNB of a user equipment needs to be changed or a new SeNB needs to be added for the user equipment; the network side device sending, to a new SeNB that the user equipment is connected to, a second key parameter KeNB* generated according to a current first key parameter KeNB, so that the connected new SeNB communicates with the user equipment according to a key generated according to the second key parameter KeNB*; and the network side device sending a configuration command to the use equipment, and notifying the user equipment to generate the second key parameter KeNB* according to the current first key parameter KeNB and communicate with the connected new SeNB according to the key obtained according to the second key parameter KeNB*.</p> |
